If item is not received on time (30 days for registered mail or 45 days for standard mail, since order was placed), we will send you product(s) again, or issue full refund.
Usually, delivery time is much shorter. From our experience, one of about 200 packets is lost by postal service.
If item is not as described, or if it is defective, we will send you another one, or issue refund. Please, send us detailed description showing what is wrong. We will analyze situation and try to help and find reason of problem. If you mistakenly ordered wrong belt, we will be glad to help, and usually send you correct belt for free, or for shipping cost only.
